Very good hotel with good location. They even have a BMW X3 to offer ride down to front desk to pick up our delivery. The only problem is the sound isolation.

Room 426 was very old and dirty. Couch is messed up with stain and ripped all over. Bathroom sink is clogged. The wifi is very slow and customer service is not that great. In room carpet and hallway are both stinky. Definitely not coming back definitely won’t recommend to my friends and family.

It was okay location and the lighting wasn’t so good and the front desk wasn’t so friendly when I was checking in but staffs were extremely helpful and nice when I needed help and the price is really good for a hotel in LA so overall it was a good stay

The room was clean and had everything we needed technologywise. I think the room itself is a good value considering the location ( not sure whether this is really Brentwood or Beverly Hills but either way ). I gave amenities 3/5 bc i think they are in a different building ( the pool and fitness center ) than the building I stayed in, and it seemed like the other building required a golf cart ride (?), and also the parking is $47 per car and it is required to valet. We just ubered there from street parking. The Uber was like $16 round trip before tax. You could probably walk ( we walked back )

Great hotel for its prices. Rooms require renovation though.

Bad service, it was very dirty and smelled bad, like old people and urine, especially the carpet. In my opinion, I do not recommend that hotel.

The hotel is close to the Getty Museum. It has a beautiful environment and large rooms. However, some rooms are close to the highway and you can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner in the room is very loud when the heating is turned on. The parking fee is 49 dollars.

The appearance is quite beautiful, but the room is really uncomfortable. At this price, you can stay in a very good hotel in China. There are no slippers, toothbrushes and other toiletries in the room. You need to bring them by yourself.

The location is good and the hotel is comfortable, but parking is too expensive

The room is quite big, but may be old and not very soundproof.
