訂的親子房間，一點多到達酒店，兩點多才入住，期間沒有服務員告知具體入住時間，都是自己去問服務員的，房間挺大，小孩子很喜歡親子房間，小童樂園不大，設施一般，泳池水較涼，剛開始小孩子不敢下去，後面適應了才可以。酒店早餐還行，有龍遊發糕等。入住時服務員未告知就餐位置，泳池位置，也未拿行李，服務一般。不過大廳電梯內都有空調，很不錯

設施：作為新酒店，設施完備，還給升級了超大房間，但是玄關的感應燈過於靈敏，睡覺時翻個身就會亮起，影響睡眠；由於房間過大，空調感覺製冷效果一般
衞生：很棒
環境：還行，減配版萌寵、減配版小童樂園、游泳池，作為親子酒店該有的也都有，附近有一條小吃街
服務：相對一般，沒有人幫忙提行李、沒有引導、還不查身份證

酒店位置偏遠，周邊環境一般但酒店內部裝修很精緻大氣上檔次。泳池和景觀池塘可能是夏天有時候有一點異味飄出。整體房間特別好，沒什麼問題，睡得也舒心。
早餐品種實際上還是不錯的，至少可以滿足大部分人的要求。吃得舒服。
服務也很快速，需要增加用品，第一時間送上門。

相當失望的一次旅居經歷 **上看到的 説環境多好 設施多完善 等你到了 你會目瞪口呆 屬於是龍遊最最最最最邊緣（多少個最都不誇張）的地區 荒涼 除去這個酒店啥也沒有 前台小姐姐服務好會被自己的同事白眼 我們一行訂了幾個房間 位置天南地北 一個房間氣味巨大 人差點要中毒 🤢 最後衹能要求換房 （換房以後贈送的早餐失效，第二天吃早餐的時候還發生了小波折）下午最熱的時候空調若有似無 **上説酒店有泳池 於是帶孩子去 全部都是 一個胖教練的帶的學生？ 我們孩子玩的開心一點水花大一點就要被胖教練訓斥 最離譜的來了！！！度假酒店還有清晨強制叫醒服務！！！！早上5點多 房間跳電 電動窗簾自動打開 電視機自動打開播放酒店廣告 空調關閉 好不容易睡着 6點多又來一遍！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！7點多又來一遍！！！！！！！！看我睡懶覺不順眼嗎！ 我是來度假的 不是來坐牢！ 還有酒店提供的早餐華而不實 不好吃！ 反正最後一次來 你們能看到這條評論的話 一定要好好考慮要不要選這裏！！！！

房間裏圓台沒擦乾淨，上位住客吃的東西。地下充電樁，一排慢充衹有2個能用，而且是7Kw雙槍的，2個車一起充，單槍才3kw，太慢了

環境還是很不錯的 早餐也很豐富 就是客房服務速度有待提高 叫的東西不能馬上送到 一個廁紙晚上叫了就沒送過來 態度還是可以的 再提個建議 房間挺大但最好再添一組沙發 不然來個人衹能往床上坐
