房間乾淨衞生，是國慶期間出遊最乾淨的房間，老爸評價最高！房主熱情禮貌，早餐做的美味可口，老爸連湯都喝完了！客家人的老爸在外面旅遊吃飯很不好安排，一般白粥饅頭，難得吃米粉，還評價這麼高。老闆用心了。

這是一棟在宅基地上建起的家庭經營的小酒店。我們在攜程上預訂的行政大床房，下午三點到達時卻被告知已被他人強先入住，原來是店主將自家客房同時掛在兩個平台上一主二嫁，我們衹好選擇小的多的標間，感覺很不爽。我們放下行李，就去看土樓，出發時和店家約好回酒店現殺土雞吃晚飯。晚上七點點回酒店，讓店家殺雞，再點上幾個菜，然後一邊**一邊等飯菜，時間不長，飯菜備好，衹感覺分量不足，連自家產的絲瓜和油麥菜都衹有貼着盤底的可憐的幾片，可氣的是現殺的整衹雞竟然少了一衹大雞腿，典型的缺斤少兩。

屬於家庭旅館，就在馬路邊上，離土樓王子2分鐘車程，出行方便，房間設備比較新，老闆娘態度好，房間比較小，放東西不太方便。但是衞生比較好。

老闆特別熱情，跟你把周邊的景點都介紹一下，房間很新很乾凈，雖然是普通的民宿但是就愛這份感覺，剛到店老闆還拿出自己種的熟透的柿子，很糯很清香，走的時候還送了一袋還沒有熟的，説放個4 5天就可以吃了，感覺到農村人的那些純樸。
