"Location: Excellent, right across from the entrance to the Tulou Prince Scenic Area; especially for those arriving by bus from Longyan City, the Tulou Recreation Center stop is right in front of the hotel. Facilities: The hotel has been open for three or four months, and upon arrival, the rooms still had a subtle, modern feel. The gym has treadmills, rowing machines, and bikes, but maintenance has been a bit lacking, with the bike pedals being broken by the staff. The laundry room is located in the gym, making it very convenient for washing and drying clothes. However, since the air conditioning unit was retrofitted into an old building, the outdoor unit made a loud humming noise all night, to the point where I couldn't even hear my alarm in the morning. But without the AC, it was simply too cold. The bathroom was also quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient for washing up. Still, for an old house like this, having a private bathroom is a rare find. The owner, a sixth-generation proprietor, enthusiastically shared the Tulou's history and origins with guests. The small courtyard was beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful ambiance, and the owner's mother's cooking was delicious. However, due to the chilly weather, the food got cold very quickly, and unfortunately, it was too cold to sit and enjoy tea in the courtyard. These were minor regrets. I'd recommend staying here when the weather is warmer for a better experience. Those accustomed to conventional hotels might find a Tulou stay less comfortable during colder temperatures."
