位置好，停車方便（切記別停樓下地面停車場，10個小時25元。房東推薦的免費停車場在馬路斜對面，走路1分鐘）。周邊好吃的也很多，房東熱情周到。

房東態度非常好，熱情周到，有求必應。房間寬敞，隔音效果好，夜晚就寢不受干擾。所在位置也不錯，步行一站地可到萬達廣場。另一個方向可達景色優美的龍津湖公園，步行幾分鐘即可到達。樓下不遠處便是水果批發市場。總體感覺非常不錯。

挺不錯的，性價比非常高。環境還可以，離萬達很近，走路一會就到了，可以晃悠過去，地方也很好找，房東負責任。隔音還可以，點外賣也方便。
