Advice to foreign travellers: contact the hotel if you’re ever lost! They are more than happy to help. We didnt learn that until we realized we were on the wrong bus and took a longer route which made our travel to Longji a bit more stressful than needed. Once arrived, the rooms are very clean, the view is beautiful and locals are very nice. Just remember to not be shy! The food served at the restaurant was delicious and the area was nicely located. The view was so good we didn’t feel like we needed to leave the area at all during our stay. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or return! Thanks again

Long Yixuan is a place where you can relax and slow down. The mountain spring water flows by, sit outside and listen to the gurgling sound of water, watch the clouds roll in the sky, watch the wind dance the leaves, stay in a daze, and read a book. I really like the log-style decoration style, the spacious space and the faint woody fragrance in the room. You can see the beautiful view of the rice terraces from the balcony of the room. My kids love it so much that they don't want to leave. The staff at the homestay are very considerate. They added WeChat in advance to help contact the car, take luggage, and play with the children and take us out for a walk. If you want to relax yourself, this is the place to go.

The hotel is located at the highest point of Jinkeng Dazhai, with the largest terraced field area. The sunrise in Rizhao Longji is super perfect. The hotel restaurant has good food and reasonable prices. The biggest disadvantage is the chaos of luggage check-in. During the National Day, the flow of people was very large. On the first day, it took more than two hours to enter the scenic area 1 km. On the second day, when I left early in the morning, all the customers walked down from the hotel, but the luggage was gone. I waited for the luggage at the luggage transfer area for half an hour. The traffic management of the scenic area is chaotic, and it is congested in and out. It is really not recommended during the long holidays.

This visit was the second for us during our time living in China. The inn we stayed at last time has closed down but we love this village and location on the terraces so found this hotel listed on Ctrip to stay at - we were so lucky to find it, it was absolutely perfect. The lady running this hotel is so welcoming and helpful, no request was refused - a big thank you to her!! The hotel itself is in a great location for seeing the best viewpoints around the terraces. The restaurant is so great - we are vegetarians and they cooked delicious food for us every day. The rooms are huge and clean, very comfortable beds and very nice bathroom - but the best feature is big windows with amazing views over the terraces. I am lying in bed looking at the terraces while I write this and it is so peaceful, I can hear only a few voices and birds chirping. I love this place so much - you will too!! Very highly recommended.

Booked a 270-degree room on the 3rd floor, and directly enjoyed the autumn scenery of Longji Terraces from the room and balcony. The terraced fields are very spectacular and beautiful. The hotel's hygiene, facilities, services, and dishes are excellent. The front desk girl is beautiful, kind, and thoughtful. I will stay in the Yundu Panoramic Room next time I go.

The host family is so friendly and warm. They are very welcoming from the first day we arrived. The food here is some of the best food we have eaten on our trip, homemade with veggies and meat locally grown. The hotel is super clean, beautifully decorated with an amazing view! They were kind enough to give us an upgrade to the room with a balcony without an extra charge. We loved it here so much and decided to stay a few extra nights.
