Valley view hotel

Not bad, satisfied.

A traditional structure atop the rice paddies. To get from the parking lot to the valley, you can either take a shuttle or hire a local, authorized driver; online Didi services don't go all the way up there. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we arranged a transfer for the next day in 5 minutes using WeChat. The room was huge and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. It was all wood and had a lovely balcony. The bathroom amenities were basic, though some amenities were missing, such as tea and coffee in the room (there's a kettle on the balcony and some cups, but no coffee, etc.), a fridge, or a safe, but the essentials were there. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. The room was very clean, although the bathroom and breakfast area could be improved, but it was adequate. Breakfast was basic, but the menu was limited, and the food was homemade. The view alone was absolutely worth the price! There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, but keep in mind that you'll have to walk to the actual village.
