簡單來説:
提前一週訂房，當天我的房間被賣給團建掙錢，我到店無房，店家自作主張把我轉給其他民宿，條件差原房型很多。店家知道我沒開車，村民知道天黑走山路的危險都不出門，我找不到車，走不了也不敢鬧，寄人籬下，毫無辦法，衹能被迫接受。如果我不接受，徒步黑天山路可能遇到危險，但旅客的安全無所謂。
根據《消費者權益保護法》到店無房這種欺詐行為有權要求房費退一賠三。最終僅退了當天房費，民宿100元，攜程無法從店家爭取更多賠償，剩餘210攜程承擔。
具體如下:
當天天黑了才到店，店員説去隔壁，帶我走一段黑漆漆的山路，交給另一家民宿。路上我害怕極了，被陌生人帶到未知山路很擔心生命安全。
我打電話給店家，謊稱店裡團建怕吵我，我堅持要住原房，才實説房間已給團建大單。要麼接受安排的差條件酒店+100塊，要麼自己想辦法。天黑山裡氣温下降，山路漆黑、崎嶇、陌生、有蛇出沒，拖着箱子、打不到車，晚上村民都不出門我城裡娃哪敢走山路找其他住宿。酒店知道我沒開車，反正我不接受就露宿山野，任人宰割，被拿捏。
安排的民宿廁所無乾濕分離、無馬桶，有長者很不方便。入住後廁所上水很慢且時常故障，多次自己接水沖廁所，上下水噪音大。如果想住這家，一週前我自己訂，價錢不足200。店家的100塊最多是補差價，還沒補到位。我提前訂房價311，當天附近很多滿房，不少房價翻倍，我的房給別人能多賺多少，但安排我的民宿當天攜程報價才298。打比方，幾年前我200買的1克金子，去拿貨，跟我説現在金價漲400了，就給我0.5克，轉手我的1克金子賣別人，退我100，還我賺了，當然這事值不上金子。
提前訂店，看重信用，看出現問題後的處理態度。我的遭遇如實分享出來，各自斟酌。

一直期盼着與先生到龍脊梯田看看，4年之前就看中這家綠林山舍並預訂了3層觀景房，結果巧過家中有事未能成行。這次果斷地前往心儀的綠林山舍，感覺依然很好，在房間即可欣賞黃綠相間的梯田，距離1一2號觀景台也很近，3號觀景台金佛頂腳力好也可步行抵達；前台小夥甘先生熱情好客，不但負責山上山下路途的車輛接送，還燒得一手好菜；此次看到周邊一些民宿拔地而起，有些不乏高檔豪華，但價格也是直線攀升，感覺綠林山舍性價比更高，咖啡廳也是本地名列前茅，總之，我和先生感覺這是一次非常好的梯田之旅！

暑假帶娃喝酒愛住型民宿，無疑！哈哈！現在還有稻田抓魚體驗，完美！幾個朋友帶娃一起去的，玩的很開心，大家商量了一下還是讓小哥下來接我們，一路順暢，很嗨的一段路，熟悉路況的話還是沒有問題，但是新手還是不要開了，還不如坐着小哥的車，一路到民宿安全第一吧，停車場收費也合理，30塊一個晚上。民宿的餐廳很有氛圍，喜愛！

我們開車到寨子裏的停車場，然後民宿小哥就開着專車來接我們了，一路狂飆到民宿，好嗨森。哈哈～（￣▽￣～）~怎麼説這種路我們自己還是不太敢開，畢竟比較刺激，但是坐着他們的車就覺得輕輕鬆鬆，建議停底下停車場就好了，民宿接送用車都很方便。他們家一樓的小酒館真的很漂亮哦，很有情調，山裡沒有什麼娛樂項目，晚上八點以後挨家挨户都黑燈瞎火的，就衹剩他們酒館的了，還是這麼亮，還可以小酌兩杯吃個宵夜，推薦他們家的烤魚刺很少是現殺的好吃，可以加麻加辣哦，房間衞生也做的還可以，乾淨整潔，洗髮水用的都是阿道夫的，有點驚喜。如圖吧

看着他們家的小酒館來直奔來着，晚上氛圍超級好，山上特別適合避暑，很涼快，點了他們家的烤魚和莫吉託還有龍舌蘭日出好喝，早上走的時候還打包了兩杯咖啡，很香，不錯不錯，老闆們都很年輕，很有活力的一個店，推薦！👍🏻

好喜愛的一個團伙在這裏經營，看照片足以證明他們把白咖夜酒早C晚A理解的明明白白，哈哈哈，小哥都很有才白天去接送客人去，回來又殺雞又炒菜，晚上還賣酒賣燒烤[哇][哇][哇]，人好看又會聊天[捂臉]，據説還是來自橫縣茉莉花香的，茶葉好喝哦！相比之下還是夜晚的莫吉託甚得我意[強][強][強]

超漂亮的咖啡酒館，好有情調，沒想到在山裡還能有這般體驗。早起來個美式咖啡16塊，晚上來個科羅娜配推薦烤魚，一百二十八一條魚（誰説桂花鯉魚）刺少，麻辣味的好吃，滿滿的一大份，足足夠兩個人吃，房間#乾淨整潔#設施也很好
