Hands down, this is the homestay with the best views in the area! I found it to be incredibly good value for money. Their homemade rice wine was a real highlight – so tasty! Plus, there's a huge white cat named JOJO living there. Surprisingly, the scenery is even more beautiful on a rainy day. Breakfast was a feast, especially the rice noodles which I loved! An added bonus was the afternoon tea, featuring mini cakes, Jiangmitiao (glutinous rice sticks), fruit, and tea. The cakes were especially delicious. I even became good friends with the owner! I can't recommend this place enough. They made our trip incredibly convenient and were so thoughtful, even offering pick-up and drop-off service. The Longji Terraced Fields are absolutely breathtaking! I was genuinely reluctant to leave and definitely hope to come back next time!

Qian No.1 Courtyard was my favorite hotel during this Guilin trip. It's ideally located near Longji Rice Terraces Viewpoint No. 2, making access incredibly convenient. A short walk of just a few minutes brings you directly to the viewpoint, where you can fully immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the Longji Rice Terraces. Bathed in sunlight, the scene is utterly breathtaking. The view from the room was also stunning; I honestly didn't want to leave!

As expected, this hotel truly delivered! Both the views and room comfort were exceptional. The hotel's dining options were also very satisfying. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, making it a truly relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a fantastic setting, and with free parking, it's very convenient for those traveling by car. Both the communal terrace and the room windows offer direct, breathtaking views of the rice terraces. It's a *must* to book a room with a terrace view! The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The rice wine and meals are delicious, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended! 👍

An incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel's decor and the quality of materials used clearly show the owner's dedication and impeccable taste. Its location is absolutely prime, and the window view from my room was breathtaking, truly like a painting. What made the experience even better was the excellent lunch and dinner options available at the hotel, with a fantastic variety to choose from. You won't need to hunt for popular 'insta-worthy' restaurants; the hotel's own dining areas offer some of the best scenic views. Highly, highly recommended!

The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet; sitting on the terrace with a gentle breeze was truly relaxing. The pour-over coffee was excellent. The staff were wonderfully attentive, always greeting us warmly when we came and went. The restaurant's food was also quite good. While it's not the cheapest option within the scenic area, the moment you see the hotel, you'll realize it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

The rooms are fantastic with amazing views! The interiors are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. The hotel restaurant served delicious food; we ate there twice, and it was much better than anything we found down the mountain. The complimentary rice wine served with dinner was also excellent! On our first day, we hiked up the 'Thousand-Layer Sky Ladder' to Viewing Platform No. 2. It took us about 25 minutes to ascend, with stops, and a quicker 20 minutes to come back down. The next day, one of the staff members kindly drove us to Erhao Yuanzi, from where we hiked up to Golden Buddha Peak. Strolling through the terraced fields was truly delightful!

What an absolutely fantastic guesthouse! The entire experience here even outshone many five-star hotels. The room was beautifully decorated, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high-end international brand fixtures. The view from our room window was beautifully layered and harmonious, with Dazhai village and the terraced fields perfectly complementing each other. It offered a more atmospheric and personal perspective than simply viewing them from an observation deck. Both breakfast and dinner were superb, with a wide variety of dishes and a fantastic selection of drinks. Complimentary afternoon tea was also provided, with excellent coffee and pastries. The owner was incredibly kind. When a family member suddenly felt unwell, the owner personally drove us down the mountain. We are so immensely grateful for their help! Prior to our arrival, I was excited about the beautiful scenery, though I also felt a slight unfamiliarity about spending a night in a remote area. Upon leaving, my heart felt warm, as if I had just left a friend's home after a wonderful visit. Perhaps this is the pinnacle of the guesthouse experience. I truly look forward to our next visit!

The room decor was absolutely beautiful! Our family trip was fantastic, and the kids were incredibly happy, especially with the cute cat! The window view was excellent, making it perfect to just relax and unwind at the hotel all day. And the food here was incredibly delicious! When we checked out, the lovely staff member even gave us some rice wine, which was absolutely delightful! We had a wonderful vacation here and would love to come back again if we get the chance!

We arrived at 11 PM, and it was drizzling. Despite the late hour and the rain, staff members were waiting for us at the parking lot with umbrellas to help with our luggage. The owners even cooked two bowls of noodles for us, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Facilities: Our room on the second floor was incredibly spacious with top-notch amenities. They even provided toilet seat sanitizing wipes, and all the supplies felt very high-end. My favorite features were the huge sofa and the unparalleled scenic views. My friends were absolutely stunned by the view when they woke up – it was truly amazing! The Sky Terrace Restaurant: Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. Dining al fresco in August was wonderfully cool and comfortable. We also enjoyed the bamboo chicken and river fish for lunch – both were superb. The chives were incredibly fresh; we even saw the chef hand-picking them from the backyard. We had checked out several other guesthouses, and I'm so glad we chose this one. While some others also offered nice views, they often involved long detours, which would be highly inconvenient with luggage. This place is ideal for self-driving tourists. It's just a two to three-minute walk from the parking area. What's more, a staff member will even park your car for you upon arrival and bring it back when you're ready to leave. The service is absolutely exceptional 👍👍👍👍👍! I would enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone visiting the Longji Terraced Fields ❤️.

I'd have to say, this was the best experience of my entire trip. I'm so glad I discovered Qi'an right at the beginning of my journey. The lovely lady at the front desk even contacted me a few days prior to my arrival to share important details and confirm my itinerary. On the day I arrived, she also proactively checked in on my needs. The ambiance? Honestly, it's beyond words! Haha. You can take so many stunning photos just within the guesthouse. It's genuinely so relaxing, and they even offer complimentary handicraft experiences. Oh, and I must mention, the food here is absolutely fantastic too. I truly wish I had the opportunity to stay a few more days. Even now, I still fondly reminisce about my time at Qi'an.

The owner's family and all the guesthouse staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, allowing me to completely relax during my three-day, two-night stay. We had all our meals at the guesthouse, and the food was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back!
