設施：有ktv，自動麻將機，温泉湯池，屬於別墅內的，但是公共區域的要單獨買票
衞生：衞生方面還不錯
服務：有問題聯繫管家。都會快速答覆，如果來到這邊有不懂的都可以找管家，不用擔心會麻煩他們，這個還不錯

地理位置不錯 一下高速就到
度假村外面有很多食肆
但內裡沒什麼選擇 點外賣要到很遠的自取櫃
看見很多高爾夫球車 但這個房源訂單不能用
下大雨都要自己從停車場步行到別墅
行李會有管家幫忙拉 但需要等候
管家專業程度欠佳
一見面沒對名字直接帶我們到別墅
我以為管家如此貼心
原來是疏忽大意
大雨下幾經辛苦到了別墅 把行李放好
交了身份證登記 預備坐下享受別墅設施
突然管家才說這幢不是我們預訂的
帶錯了人
更甚連我w都找不到了
我也十分驚慌 再三確認 的確是管家馬小姐
跟我入住前溝通的是同一人
我才定下心沒走錯
之後又要收拾一大輪搬住處
期間管家一直沒出聲 只低頭用手機處理繁瑣事務
我們也不知入住流程 不知道等什麼
再之後其他問題問管家其實也有點答非所問
只是感覺她自己很忙很努力工作
但不是提供客人所需要的
這個價格在南昆山選住宿 比比皆是
同一價錢 有更多更好設施服務環境選擇
不必要選這裡 實在不推薦
