庭院、房間都很雅緻，最好的是服務。相較於北方服務上的粗放，這裏的服務人員彬彬有禮、熱情周到，有距離卻又不失禮貌，熱情卻又讓人舒適。是這幾天在煙台境內，享受到的最好的服務。餐廳的飲食很合口味，食材新鮮，菜品口味鹹鮮，大廚、服務員都很樸實和善，請求點小鹹菜給長者，竟然端了一大盤子。感謝感謝。好客山東，名不虛傳。

我在禪雨靜舍住了很多年了，自從禪雨靜舍改裝裝修開業後就一直喜歡偶爾去住住，因為我感覺住在裏面很心安。但是這次的體驗真的糟心極了！1、第一次安排的房間有股煙味。2、換了房間後馬桶下水和淋浴間下水都堵，下水很慢！我朋友孩子去找我玩的時候上了個廁所告訴我馬桶有點堵我沒太在意，朋友走了以後我上了則所發現馬桶是真的堵，摁了幾次都沖不下去！我洗了個澡發現洗澡時積水也淹沒腳背，再看馬桶還是沒沖下去，沒辦法於00:30給前台打了電話，半天前台才接電話，我説了情況她説現在沒有工程師傅，我説要不給我換個房間、要不就簡單通一下呢？太噁心了！她説是不是忘馬桶裏丟紙了？我説肯定沒有，我們都把衞生紙丟在旁邊紙簍裏了。3、後來來了兩個小姑娘應該是前台的小姑娘，通馬桶的小姑娘看着我我欲言又止，我問她：你想説什麼？她説：我們這裏每天都要檢查的，不可能堵。我説：那是怪我嗎？她倆也沒再説什麼。4、第二天退房，前台經理主動問我體驗怎麼樣？我説不怎麼樣，她説她知道這件事，也確實是每天都檢查，她們作為經理也會抽查。我説你們的馬桶堵了你怪我們給扔紙了或者怎麼的，那請問你們的淋浴間下水也很慢，洗頭洗澡的時候積水都沒過腳面了怎麼説呢？也是我故意堵的？她愣了一下還是説她們每天都檢查和抽查。整體服務意識都是為自己辯解，把矛頭指向顧客，合著顧客住酒店遇到馬桶堵了體驗差還要被你們酒店所有服務人員指責嗎？5、衞生沒有以前乾淨，衞生間到處都是落灰，毛巾顏色都發烏都洗不出來了似的，正常情況下這麼優質的酒店大小毛巾要保持一個潔白蓬鬆乾淨吧？ 6、價格漲了，服務下去了。我想我以後可能不會那麼想去住住靜靜心了，這遭遇讓我感到不踏實，甚至有種羞辱感。
