The staff member with glasses, a darker complexion, a slightly plump build, and wearing plaid trousers was particularly diligent, warm, and attentive. Before checking in, I requested a high-floor room with a view at the front desk, and the hotel perfectly met my request. After entering the room, a staff member even called back to follow up, carefully confirming my satisfaction with the room. This level of personalized care for guests, especially the attention given to Chinese tourists, is something many London hotels struggle to match.
