Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.

The 24-hour front desk is very welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, the electric heater is very useful, you can freely control the temperature according to your body feeling, the shower has plenty of hot water, the apartment is in a good location, not far from the subway station. It would be perfect if there was a kitchen knife. Also, if you have trouble sleeping, choose this hotel carefully, the noise is obvious when the subway passes, and you can even feel the vibration.

As a solo traveler, this hotel had everything I needed. It was in a great location (attractions and underground very close). The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good! I appreciated the Buffett style and there was as a great variety no matter the appetite you had. I would stay there again!

The English breakfast is good. Hotel facilities are average and cannot compare those of Indigo in China. It is like a 3.5-star hotel. The price is really high. Transportation is very convenient. It's very close to the Tower of London and the London Bridge.

The hotel is correct but there is an accumulation of small things which make it not good value for money. Wring access card for the room, very slow Internet, have to queue 15minutes minimum to get a table for breakfast and you are told it s busy time so you give one hour come back but still same issue, shower head dismounted in your hands, ..... Staff is nice and kind but the hotel needs maintenance, it s too expensive for the result.

The Tower Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's elegant ambiance, coupled with its modern amenities, created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made it easy to explore the city. I will definitely be returning to The Tower Hotel on my next trip to London.

Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location. This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

It has been a great experience staying at this hotel. The size of the room and toilet is good for big suitcases especially in London. Maybe the cleanliness of the bedding can be improved as it tends to be a little dustier than usual. Location is near the station. There are a few eateries nearby and the location is pretty safe.
