I booked a superior room and was disappointed that I did not have a view as the picture you send me of my room had a view and I thought this was the room I was booked into. As a disabled person who is claustrophobic I found the shower room challenging. I also did not understand why the beds were so close together as there was plenty room in the room to have a space between them in order that you could get in and out with ease. I only used the restaurant once for breakfast and was not satisfied with the welcome or attitude of the person who seated me. I was not welcomed with a good morning. I was not asked if I had eaten there before and was simply told it is self service and although it is obvious that I have a walking disability I was not offered any help. She was not a fat lady but was stouter than the other staff and had long black hair. I could not see her badge clearly but I think her name was something like Luba. There was a good choice of food but plenty other places round about who are much cheaper..

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. You got warm cookies on checkin and there were a few small baked treats in the room. The bed was also really comfortable

Booked an executive room to include the drinks bar! Will not bother again as not worth it. The bar was very limited even though topped up each day, only included x1 Gin & Tonic, (luckily I do drink G&T!) x1 small beer, 1 can each of diet coke, normal coke & lemonade and bottle each of still & sparkling water. No nibbles or even wine! Would have been a good choice. The rooms are getting a little tired though and need a little work, a wooden wardrobe falling apart! Lovely location, though, and fabulous views of the river, tower bridge, or St Catherine's Dock behind Will return, just not bother with executive room!

CitizenM never disappoints in my experience. Speedy check-in and out, gorgeous views from the rooms, great technology at your fingertips to manage your stay. The only caveat would be the price of the rooms even if it was in London.

Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location. This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. I truly appreciated all the support from this hotel especially I would like to thank you for customer service manger (Mr. Ayush Mehta) for his excellent care and support to us. Thank you for being so patient to us and we were so satisfied of all the arrangement! Thank you for giving us a great memories staying in London with this hotel. Before reading my comments I would say ignore the two poor reviews which I have seen on this website as, if you read between the lines, these are clearly written by unfair people who are making mountains out of molehills. You always get one or two people who will spitefully leave the worst reviews just because they were not supremely pampered or because of some other minor/pointless issue. There's always someone who does this, and I think it is very unfair especially in the case of this fantastic place. We were welcomed upon arrival by Diego who offered a warm, friendly and helpful reception. The building is immaculate and perfectly located, near to Tower Bridge and walking distance to St Katherines Dock (where we had booked a restaurant). The apartment was stunning. Immaculate with top-quality modern fittings throughout. A picture-perfect view of Tower Bridge. Chocolates on the side and milk/water in the fridge. Lovely touches. We only stayed for one night but will definitely return as this is a much better option than a hotel room and, in our case, worked out cheaper for a family of four. Very highly rated indeed!

We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

Pros: Location- very convenient, food all around, walk abit further 15-30 Mins), you can get to Spitalfields or across the river with even more options! Size: - fantastic by London standards. Staff: were mostly helpful! Helped me to arrange for transport to Heathrow which turned out cheaper than booking an addison lee by myself Cons: Stayed here on a biz trip for a week, and I wouldn't consider this a good business hotel for the following reasons: Laundry: had to make the booking on an app by myself, drop it and collect it at the reception. Not a big problem considering the cost saved but would have been good if the hotel offered a fuss free option for business travelers (wouldn't have minded paying more to be honest) Room service: had to order and make payment through the app too, unlike other hotels that you just order and settle on checkout. everything seemed a bit ”self-service” and not as convenient as i had hoped for Breakfast: Manager refused to provide a take away cup/box and let me grab a coffee/ croissant to go. Insisted the only way I could have my breakfast was to sit there though i explained i had an early morning meeting to get to. Have never had this issue on business trips at other hotels, and for this reason, would not recommend for any business travelers. Rooms: could be cleaner but perhaps just a sign of age . edges of the shelf was chipped, shower screen had mold, the wall in front of the toilet bowl looked dirty.

We had a very warm welcome from the front desk upon arrival and were generously given an upgrade to celebrate a special occasion. The room was lovely and clean, and the restaurant/bar areas had a really nice vibe. Breakfast was great, and staff were all super helpful. As we were exploring different areas of the city we really appreciated the location of the hotel, being a 1 minute walk from Aldgate tube station meant it was easy to get to pretty much any corner of London. Overall lovely stay - thanks for the hospitality!
