The hotel is in an excellent location (close to the shopping area and major parks in the Knightbridge area), the surrounding environment and the hardware in the room are very good, very quiet, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and it is very cost-effective compared to nearby hotels that cost more than 1,000 pounds per night. You can walk directly to Harrods from the hotel, and it is also very convenient to go shopping. I will choose here next time. We stayed in the Halkin room type, which is very suitable for a family of three.

The room environment and hygiene are excellent. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic before check-in, and I was upgraded to a suite room. However, there were two small episodes during the check-in process.
