5 star price, 3 star environment, 1 star service for restaurant staff. Indifferent management, no action when faced with problems, almost zero service. Large-scale construction is going on in rooms facing the street, making the noise unbearable during the stay. This was not mentioned in the hotel and Ctrip booking details, which is very misleading. After I didn't sleep all night and the hotel didn't change rooms, I asked for a refund for the second night and the hotel refused to refund. There was no explanation or apology for the construction noise. Contacted Ctrip and got the same result. Later I found that there was no clause in the cancellation policy that could not cancel the second night. Although Ctrip compensated me for several hundred yuan afterwards, it was not worth mentioning compared to the unfair terms and contempt I received from the hotel. Stayed in this hotel for 5 days with my husband. I was going to Westminster University for 3 days of lectures and he happened to continue working in the hotel.
