Very good location just 1 minute walk to Hammersmith station.

Honestly came in for a night, just needed a place to stay and put my stuff down while i saw a comedy show. Pretty decent place, bathrooms and toilets were clean. It was secure, there was a nice little social space and the best part was the rentable power banks. I left my charger at home so I desperately needed one. Staff was nice and welcoming too, concierge was open late too. Would have stayed longer but I was able to catch the last train back. Would go again for sure

Good spot for links to trains and especially Heathrow airport but vert noisy at night. Reception was never around so it was hard to check in and out

Super noisy envirnment, the bed is weak. If u are poor, this would be a choice, if u have little money and little barve, let try it.

when cheak out,very fat eomen waiter not rurn £2, before cheak in tell me: given £2, so waitet by hat. not right . so people no lived here good,doingthings, not goods. hostel need to change the way.

It was very conveniently located just a short walk from Hammersmith Station. The room was quite high up the stairs so it was a little difficult to get luggage up and down. However, the rooms are clean and there is a laundry room and a water server, so overall I think it's a good hostel.

Good place to stay. Nice staff and lovely location. Friendly and prefect for travellers.

Was a alright stay until I seen a dead mouse right next to vending machine, I also never complain but this is just nasty

The hotel didn’t check me in issue with my id but it does not state this in the terms hope they improve as I didn’t get treated very well

Hostel is in a great location. Right next to the underground. Alot of amazing pubs in all locations. The hostel is fine, I booked because the images shower privacy curtains on the bed.... Yeah they didnt have any. The floor i was on had 1 shower only and the toilets, showers I went to where all dirty. The room at night was very hot and had a very small pedalstool fan which wasn't helpful very much. The beds have personal PowerPoint, USB and lights to use. You also need to pay for a deposit for the keycard and towel if you need one. But it's returned after checkout. Will stay again
