It's in a good place, there were two problems, the doors were slammed, and the children were bitten by something.. probably fleas.🥺

Safestay London Kensington Holland Park is a gem for solo travelers! 🌳 The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful park and just a short walk to the tube. My shared dormitory was clean and cozy, with privacy curtains that made it feel like my own little nook. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Facilities like the game room and garden added to the fun atmosphere. The only downside was the sometimes busy showers, but overall, it was a fantastic experience for winter travel! I’d definitely return! 🎉

Comfy bed, clean areas, good customer service. But the room was too warm, I was sweating and there was no air con or fans. Also, you have to pay for extra amenities like the cloakroom and you can't rent a towel etc. although it's a hostel it would be nice for some of those things to be included or to be a little cheaper. Most accommodations allow bags to be kept for a short time for free.

Its good deal for that money, not so far from center, and really beautiful park around, common spaces also pretty nice. But its not so clean inside of rooms, and there's no curtains like in pictures on reality, its really upset me because of lack privacy. Secondly it really hot inside during the summer (no AC or fan) and finally staff is not really nice, I felt a bit uncomfortable with them. But it's ok, because its really cheap

Great place to stay by yourself in London.

Was the worse .... Can not sleep ... ****** making noise after 00:00 ... some snoring and the top ****** with alarm pnone in the next morning .

Too slow on check in process and complicated. The toilets are not clean enough.

The demographic of people that stay here is a bit older. The walk through the park from the bus stop to get to the hostel is a bit inconvenient, especially while lugging bags and being tired. The site itself is nice. The bathrooms were nice and clean with sufficient water pressure. The photo is the view from my 6 bed all female room on the top floor. The stairs were not fun, but you do not often get a rooftop patio. My roommates were not my favorite, as I had a very loud snoring woman in my room that argued with me as I was checking out. I complained to management but my stay had ended so there was nothing to do about it. At the least it would’ve been nice to NOT have to pay £1.50 for the earplugs I bought.

So far everything is okay, just the reception customer service got a bit rude.

My favorite part is they have good lobby to sit and work! Unfortunately, I booked wrong room accidently otherwise I liked this place. Particularly, I was working in their lobby and it was good enough for me to work!

Fine stay, although the room was not an en-suite as advertised. Good location with public transport and nice parks.

Nice terrace to sit around.

No towel, but other than that a great place, bed is already made and the building and facilities are great
