Everything is good other than the bed slides away, they have wheel and feels rolling around. The room is small so is the dated toilet, most doors are dated, so gives a noud loise. The lifts were not very sensitive. Breakfast full of options. They were also doing a renovation of carpets which was a bit annoying, and the large amount of rooms means u could walk a bit of distance reaching your room.

A very welcome from a fly!!! The customer service is okay, very warm welcome. The room is very small, the bed is not what the booking page suggests, a queen bed, it’s double bed. The hotel feels a bit old, not sure whether it’s because the carpet it uses make it old. Location is good. Everything else is a standard 3/4 star hotel.

Excellent location . Great rooftop bar . Rooms slightly outdated for a double tree but quite decent . Great service from Front office . Opted for no room cleaning got a voucher to spend at the bar , like the green initiative.

Room was Nice and clean and Big. Bed was comfortable. Has a Rooftop Bar with amazing views of Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. Bar area is expensive as to be expected. I would stay again.

The breakfast option is expensive compared to the other hotels, There was a false fire alarm during my stay of 2 nights, it was horrible, the worst night experience I’ve ever had and it was during around midnight when everyone is supposed to be relaxed and asleep. There was no compensation afterwards for the false fire alarm and the staffs just shrugged it off as ‘for the customer’s safety’ when in reality they were the ones who caused it. There are mostly friendly staffs but some are double faced so be lucky with who you ended up with.

The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, from a fitness center to a swimming pool, from dining options to meeting rooms, all reflecting the hotel's high standards.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. 3-5 mins walk to multiple train stations and tower of London.

I was really disappointed. I faced 2 issues and then my bracelet was missing and then now of the staff was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

This hotel has become one of the of our favourites. Located just outside of central London, but convenient enough to walk or jump on a tube to get where you need to be. The hotel rooms are superb, with coffee and tea facilities, fridge, AC and hair driers etc - what else could you ask for. The roof top bar is lovely, a real treat at the end of the night. We would throughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is correct but there is an accumulation of small things which make it not good value for money. Wring access card for the room, very slow Internet, have to queue 15minutes minimum to get a table for breakfast and you are told it s busy time so you give one hour come back but still same issue, shower head dismounted in your hands, ..... Staff is nice and kind but the hotel needs maintenance, it s too expensive for the result.

There are no slippers, no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. We call the housekeeping to get all of them by ourselves.

DubleTree by Hilton Hotel London-Tower of London is very good place. I am first time with my family stay one night very excited and enjoy. The Service was great. The facility was nicely. The food was great. Me with my family and enjoy the food. Thanks Francisco de Sousa Soares with Veni Simajuntak.
