I'm not used to the design of this room. The wash sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. If you want to get up early to wash, it will definitely affect the sleep of others. The lighting is too dark. In addition, I went to the restaurant at 7 o'clock in the morning to order coffee to take away but was told that there were no paper cups. In short, it is not the standard of a five-star hotel, and it is not suitable for family and friends to live together.

The W London is conveniently located near Leicester Square in walking distance of Tottenham Court Road and the Elizabeth line to and from Heathrow Airport. It’s very close to many theatres and shows and steps away from Chinatown. Service was exceptional, including at breakfast. Housekeeping was amazing. Just be prepared to deal with crowds outside the hotel in the evenings. It’s a busy area.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Gary greeted me warmly leading me all the way to the check in counter. Theatres for musical are all nearby. Chinatown is just around the corner. The stay is good and pleasant.

This hotel is at London Chinatown. It's very convenient and you have many great Asian restaurants within short walking

Everything is been perfect!

For a family trip, we chose the W Hotel in London. The hotel's location, right by the Chinatown archway, was a real plus. Eating and drinking were incredibly convenient, and the food was very Chinese-friendly, with a wide selection of international cuisine. The room was, as usual, dark, with an open-plan sink in the living room. The bed was low, the mattress was soft, and the soundproofing was terrible, which was the worst part. Breakfast was a la carte, but it was quite good. The service was excellent.

The overall experience is very good. The hotel is in a good location and the service attitude is very good. Downstairs is Leicester Square and Chinatown, and it is also very close to major attractions

It's much worse than expected. The room layout is unreasonable and the bathroom is scary.

The room was very small and I started getting a headache from lack of oxygen in the middle of the night. There was a huge bar in the middle of the room for no reason. I don’t know what the designer was thinking. I booked this hotel mainly at the W Hotel in Edinburgh. I was very satisfied with the facilities. I didn’t expect that the W in London was even connected to China. 400 for one night is not as good as the whole season.

Weird hotel. When booking, I recorded that I was a family of three with an underage child. But when I arrived, they said they couldn't accommodate three people in one room. They forced me to book an extra room, which cost nearly 5,000 yuan per night. It's annoying! There's a bar on the first floor, which is noisy all night. Don't stay there!
