Beautiful location, friendly staff, good food and plenty of opportunity to relax. Close to motorway, and Gretna. Rooms full of character, lovely views and very much in the shabby sheek vain (a complement!) . Would particularly recommend the Honeymoon suite. Highly recommended overall++++

Absolutely beautiful house in stunning grounds. Staff were so friendly & attentive. Evening meal fabulous, the full Scottish breakfast was amazing 👏 🤩 loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great rooms and facilities , stunning surroundings , lovely views of the well maintained grounds . Food was of a very good standard . The brandy was superb . We wanted to break our journey back up North after problems onM6 . It was way better than a stop off . It was an experience .
