The hotel from the outside looks ok and the bottom floor is well kept but upon entering room its a different world. The Carpets are filthy with various colours of stains like a mosaic of filth, there was clumps of dog fur all over the carpet and chewing gum stuck to the floor. The shower head was filthly even after being wiped with anti bacterial wipes and the cord was also damaged. The Curtains were covered in stains and we had to fight the window to get it open or shut. The toilet seat was fixed on sideways so it was awkward to sit on. The drains did not drain properly and would overflow if you didnt stop the shower or sink tap. The pictures shown are nothing like the rooms provided. We complained and were given another room key but that was in the same sorry state and was told its a 'pet friendly hotel' like that excuses the levels of dirt.

Located on beach front and hearty breakfast served every morning. Staff snd Friendly and helpful.

I believe the hotel has recently changed hands and is now called The Seafront Hotel. Had seen some poor reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. Situated in a great location for Venue Cymru. The hotel is tired and dated but it was evident improvements were being made in the bar/dining areas. Also our room had an updated shower cubicle and overall it was very clean. Found all the staff pleasant and friendly. We were expecting to have something to eat before going to the theatre but they are only offering breakfast at the moment. Wasn't a problem though as Dylan's was a two minute walk away. Recommended by the receptionist and it didn't disappoint. Overnight the room was very warm but manageable. Breakfast was very nice and there was both continental or cooked. For the price I paid for my daughter and I we thought it was very reasonable.

The hotel was quiet good, but they were on renovations which a bit uncomfortable. The heater on my room was in trouble, I asked for another room but they said full booking, fortunately they brought a portable heater although it wasn’t enough. Moreover, they don’t have microwave which made me difficult to warm up my food

This was the worst ever hotel I had ever stayed. I was allocated to the far corner room of the hotel. The room was very small, had a strange smell, the hairdryer and TV were both out of order. The bathroom could not close properly as well. I didn’t felt safe, as someone could easily access our room by stepping on top of a van parked just below. Directly opposite the front door was extremely noisy, and the bed mattress was neither supportive nor comfortable. The lock wasn’t working very well either. Overall, I didn’t feel relaxed in this room at all, which had ruined the trip that was supposed to be relaxing. A very disappointing hotel stay indeed! 😤

The location is perfect but the rooms aren’t that great . The floor was making noise and felt quite old .

Lovely hotel to stay at! Great location, friendly staff, has a nice little bar and right on the beachfront! We had a room with a sea view and it was lovely! The beds were very comfy and we slept like babies! The only issue I had was when I woke in the morning and went to make a coffee, there was no spoon to stir my coffee! Other than that, amazing!

This hotel was good value for what was paid. I managed to get a free parking spot in front of the building, which was a bonus (parking behind the hotel is £6), and further up the street, paid street parking begins. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the pier, which was convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There was some scaffolding up right outside the window, which wasn’t ideal, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an ocean view for the price. The only real issue was the shower, which was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, swinging between too hot and too cold, though there were warning signs. Overall, a solid budget option.

Couldn’t fault this stay, was the perfect location, hotel under renovation and the name had changed but met every expectation in full, the room was small but for just a bed, telly and shower this suited my every need.

On entering the receptionist was very welcoming,entrance was very tidy, informed us of all our options, used the 2 person lift to the third floor , on entering our room which was neat and tidy, bathroom was was clean too,nice warm shower. We also had a great view of Llandudno Promenade. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. All the staff were pleasant.

Curtains was teared was promised a seaside view got back of building instead room was very small.

Good sea view and delicious breakfast. Easy to take bus but the hotel is the end of one side of the beach. We had to walk to another side of the beach for more than 20 minutes while the pier and Great Orme were there.
