家庭出行，非常很不錯的一次旅行體驗。接待我們的管家是宋俐錕，小姐姐温柔甜美，很有親和力。全程貼心周到，響應及時。必須給個大寫的贊！有時候我們隨口提的小需求都會被她記在心上，從搬行李到推薦周邊好吃的，樣樣安排得明明白白，讓我非常省心！
酒店位置在南山竹海的中心地帶，直接把酒店客房錯落有致得建在了山上，我們住的是賞竹房，硬件設施優秀且很標準化，讓人進到房間以後心很靜。太適合偶爾逃離城市了！酒店安排的每天晨間與晚間活動也是十分有趣和貼近酒店的整體質感。
我要重點誇誇第一天晚上給我們放温泉水的客房服務員王永梅，她為我們想到了許多我們自己都不曾想到的細節，給我們帶來非常温暖的感受。她讓我見識到了一個酒店最高標準的客房服務水平！
當然途中接觸到的其他幾位服務人員，包括前台辦理入住的小姐姐、餐廳提供服務的服務生、還有酒店內部電動車的司機小哥哥小姐姐們也都温暖着我們。下次還會來，並且也會推薦給身邊的人！~

出發前一天管家就來聯繫了，説了很多注意事項，到了之後也是一路陪同帶着辦理入住幫忙提行李，因為我們有小朋友，管家還特意給房間放了台電視！這裏大大表揚一下管家郭成香小姐姐，一直很貼心，而且什麼時候發消息都能立馬有迴應，比心心～
訂的是賞竹房型，但是運氣超好，我們那間房的視野都趕超觀山户型了，第二天還成功看上了日出，不知道下次還會不會有這個好運了，房型很大，酒店風景也超好，在陽台上喝喝茶看看風景特別舒服，都完全不想出門的
房間帶私湯，想泡了就可以讓工作人員過來放温泉水，特別方便
其他的話，餐廳的食物種類很多，小孩子吃的也很開心。小童樂園有點小，玩不了多久，室外游泳池很適合拍照，但沒有分區，不太適合小崽子去
總體來説很滿意了，下次還想來，太適合度假了

It seems a bit empty for the three of us. But the facilities are excellent. It would be better if the swimming pool was also a hot spring. It is still a little cold now. The service is particularly good. My butler Ye Yong contacted me one day in advance and gave me a detailed introduction and guidance. After checking in, he was available at any time and provided enthusiastic service.
A few small suggestions, first, the water in the room swimming pool should be adjusted according to the season. Second, the hotel should have one or two special dishes for the main meal.
