設施：有電梯，有餐廳，有桌球桌，住宿還是很方便的，送的早餐還是不錯的
衞生：乾淨，也有一次性用具
環境：除了樓梯口，有人上下樓梯會吵鬧一點，但是整體有禪意，靜心的感覺

看了攜程上的好評才預訂的，期待滿滿的去了，結果有些方面確實還可以，比如店裡的老大爺非常慈祥友善，但其他方面還需要提升。
服務和設施中規中矩，隔音效果不佳可能是民宿老房子的通病，因此非常理解。最大的bug是老闆的兒子（應該是兒子吧）極其沒有禮貌，客人去前台尋求幫助，沒有服務員衹有他坐在那，全程不耐煩+反問客人，類似於“你自己不會看嗎”“你自己不會找嗎”“你覺得我們民宿有預算給你提供嗎”之類的，十分影響心情，但因為是十幾歲的小孩，也不好説什麼。
專業的事還是交給專業的人做吧，如果不想請服務員，至少應該把小孩教育好了再幫忙，或者大人自己上。

第二次入住了，房間很大，也算乾淨，算是南山竹海這邊性價比比較高的民宿。地理位置很好周邊很熱鬧，有幾分鐘就能到南山竹海和御水温泉。
