第一次選擇他家是因為有私湯，確實很不錯，在評論區看到有説不乾淨，請問那位客人住的是一個地方嗎，不要黑而黑，真心不錯很推薦，有些不能光聽自己來才感受到，唯掃興的是訂的私湯，自己身體原因沒泡到，衹能爸爸帶娃一起私湯了，特別感謝管家小韓，服務很周到，提醒客人看煙花秀，吃早餐，提醒臨走的別忘了拿伴手禮，謝謝客服管家的細心

住的挺好的，這邊距離南山竹海景區比較近，逛一逛，晚上在酒店泡泡温泉，還有煙花秀看，放的挺久，大秦帝國挺漂亮的，房間設施一應俱全，住的挺舒服，服務人員都帶着紅圍巾很有過年氛圍，度假來玩挺不錯，入住有管家小韓聯繫，春節服務質量不減，玩的很開心。

春節期間酒店免費升級了房型，親子房的私湯也很好，放水的阿姨態度非常好，還有按摩椅也可以免費使用，管家小韓也很全面，晚上酒店門口還有煙花，很漂亮。唯一的缺點就是餐巾紙沒補，就兩張沒有了。

首先酒店在過年期間價格提升就算了，每家酒店都這樣我們完全理解，但是一開始就給我一個充滿尿臭味的房間，然後提出換房需求，給我換了個還是有味道的房間，我就忍了，畢竟過年期間房間也不多。温泉設施不太行，可能和御水温泉比的確差的不是一點點。早餐還行，非常公平的來説下次不一定選這個酒店了苦。
