這個酒店是我住過最冷最冷的酒店了，冬天去住，住得還是沒有窗户的房間，按理説很暖和吧，但其實你錯了，冷得感冒，咳嗽變嚴重，導致我第二天一早九點就起來退房了，空調是有，但開了六個小時，也衹是17度，真的絕了，再也不會去住

房間太小了，根本沒有圖片上面看的這麼寬，沒有根本放不下椅子桌子，胖點的人還得側身過床尾。窗户🪟可以説是個假的，一點光都沒有。白天進去不開燈，就像深夜一樣黑。被子也是壞了的。

房間有窗都等於沒有一樣。衞生也差床單臟印都還在。枕套還是破洞的 淋浴頭還是壞的，桌上也臟。一次性拖鞋也不是一次性的是消毒重複利用的。我這心裏住的是特別膈應。下次再也不住人。太差了

①床單有油漬，前台態度挺好的馬上找人換了，也一直解釋最近人多，可以理解
②早上八點有人先敲門後酷酷砸門，聽見有工作人員，開門説是住户走錯了，可以理解
③關門的時候外面工作人員對講機外放大聲説XXX房間（我的房間）住的是XXX（我是名字）！！！！別人走錯房間，不看別人房卡，來了報我的名字，不保護住户私隱，安全沒有保障，和前台反饋，解釋敲錯門的人很着急，沒有注意什麼什麼的，我覺得人員還是多培訓吧，這件事我非常不能容忍
④其他的，就是廁所下水道比較臭，很臭，蓋上比較好，隔音一般，配了兩個小抱枕非常臟，但是櫃子裏備用的兩個大枕頭，好的地方是配有免費一次性拖鞋，還有一些其他用品比如一次性毛巾一次性馬桶墊（收費但是合理可以接受），一樓還有公共廁所，三樓住房區配有販賣機
