The hotel's location is good; the surrounding area is quite lively with many snack and late-night food stalls, but it can be a bit noisy, especially at the shop called "Little Yellow Fish" directly opposite the hotel, where customers sit outside drinking and chatting in the evenings."

I had read online that there was construction noise nearby, so I called ahead to inquire before arriving at the hotel. The receptionist helped me choose a quiet room, and there were also signs in the room indicating this. I arrived at the hotel close to 10 PM, exhausted and hungry from the journey. The complimentary hot porridge and simple main course provided for dinner were a welcome surprise. The library had a wide selection of books, which were also very well chosen. The rooms were spacious, and every detail reflected the hotel's attentive care for its guests. The staff were all very professional. I wish the Atour Hotel in Liupanshui continued success."

"The minus one degree temperature in Liupanshui cannot resist the hospitality of this hotel. Because it was a late bus arriving in Liupanshui, and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get a ride due to the snow, the hotel came to the station to pick me up. My exit from the station was delayed due to personal reasons, but the hotel staff still waited for me for half an hour holding a sign in such cold weather. I am really touched! Their pick-up sign has lighting effects, which looks very nice and eye-catching, and can be seen at a glance even in the dark! Helped me with my luggage throughout the trip. Worried that I would be cold in the car, the guy who picked me up at the station did not turn off the engine and kept the air conditioner on! The moment I got on the car, I was blown away by the warmth! He also kindly handed me mineral water and disinfectant wipes! Moreover, the hotel is also very warm, the air conditioning is very powerful, the whole house is smart, the consumables are also of high quality and easy to use, the decoration of the whole hotel is also very tasteful, and the hygiene is impeccable! I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first time writing a review! ! So well done! Such details! It’s worth letting more people know!"

"To put it bluntly, I won't be coming back. If you can't stand the lack of air conditioning, I suggest not booking here. Part of the room gets afternoon sun, and there's only one fan. Even at midnight, the room is still incredibly hot. The hotel only provides the fan blowing directly on you, making it extremely noisy at night. In the morning, there's construction across the street, waking you up at 7 am. It's like paying to suffer. The hotel themselves couldn't stand it and said they had no rooms available (but actually, there were vacancies on the platform?). The blankets were also dirty, and they eventually gave me a thinner one. I came to Liupanshui to escape the heat, but ended up in a room hotter than my own city. Seriously!"

"This hotel seems to cater for tour groups who are loud, smoke in the lobby, pushy during breakfast and the lift. It is also the only hotel we’ve stayed in the whole of Guizhou without a washing machine. Reception told us there’s a ‘drying room’ if we hand wash our garments which turned out to be a hazardous dirty rooftop full of ventilators crap. We cannot understand why they have a such big marbled reception area when they can’t spare a room for basic amenities like washing machines. It is also the only hotel that does not serve coffee or tea for breakfast. Rooms are so outdated and ornate we don’t understand why it is rated four star except for its location."
