衞生乾淨，沒有什麼大的異味，室內採光也比較好！衞生間也挺大，各種耗材也比較充足。而且地板不是地毯這一點還不錯，因為地毯特別容易吸味還不好清理！所以在外住酒店優選地板或者地磚的酒店！

優點和缺點都很明顯。優點是新、大、窗户打開通風好。缺點一是衞生不怎麼地，馬桶上的粑粑沒有洗乾淨。二是水温不穩定，一會兒燙死一會兒又涼；淋浴花灑是漏的，開水就噴出來；地漏不給力，洗個腳就有積水。三是標識不清，找到算你厲害。我這裏説下，和全季一棟樓，除了全季專用電梯，另外兩個電梯都可以用。 服務人員不熱情也不冷淡，倒是甚合我意。距離萬達還是要小走一會兒。
