Great location, close to everything. Has a lift which is not always around in Lisbon accommodation. Whole place was nice and quiet

Our stay was a nightmare, room 4 , but of course all the building was completely infested by BED BUGS!!! I got bitten in many parts of my body, they promised to refound us but they finally reply they won’t. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!8

Bedbugs of all ages in a room—they are clearly lying about it being a rare or introduced problem, because it takes months for the problem to get this bad, and you only see bedbugs of all ages in this number when they're breeding in the building. Owner and staff are defensive, pushy and dishonest about the problem, and they harass guests who complain or leave negative reviews.

The bed is so comfy and the hostel is so clean and modern, could have been a hotel! Staff were lovely and everyone respected the kitchen and bathroom rules meaning it stayed clean and tidy our whole stay. One slight downside was the doorbell, even though all guests are given a code to the building, our private room was right by the entrance and when people pressed the doorbell through the night we could hear it ringing. Although it didn't wake my partner and I am a light sleeper so wouldn't let that knock the rating down!

Well decorated and very clean hostel. Very kind and helpful staff. Loved it! They have shared kitchen with very beautiful old tiles azulejo. Dorm rooms are mixed. The one when I’m staying have the big terrace with many plants.
