"The location is conveniently located, accessible through 3 lines of metro. As we visited in winter, we requested a room of 4 with a heating air conditioner. We were accommodated with the request immediately by the friendly personnel there, with a personal bathroom attached! The water pressure was amazing with immediate hot water. The place is clean as they will mop the floor daily in the morning, our room's rubbish is cleared daily, bedsheets and cots are clean. The kitchen is well-equipped which makes cooking convenient. Adequate and healthy breakfast provided too. A happy 7 days stay!"

"The location is convenient, the apartment is on the top floor, the room is quite nice, with a kitchen and refrigerator, the top floor is sunny, and it is very convenient to wash and hang clothes. A family can consider renting this type of room. The facilities are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The only pity is that there is no elevator. The high floor leads to high stairs, which makes it inconvenient to move luggage. Fortunately, there are staff to help move luggage. The staff are polite and friendly, very responsible, and the service is very enthusiastic."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too. It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away?? All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time."

"Although the location is average, however calling a car is convenient, except for a supermarket on the street. There are no restaurants attached. The overall space is large, easy to juice luggage. But the bathroom is really average, so it just so happens that I live upstairs also leaks down. It's dripping water. Sound insulation is not good. At the front desk, however, all the staff had a good attitude."

"This hotel is in a good location. There is a subway station right outside, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is in the center of Lisbon, which is very convenient. "Let me start with the conclusion: I highly recommend this hotel, which is the most comfortable one in our trip to Spain and Portugal. The hotel is located in the old town, and it should have been newly renovated and opened not long ago. It is within 2 kilometers of the landmark yellow car, elevator, Augustus Arc de Triomphe, Castle of St. Germain, and Lisbon Cathedral. It is very convenient to walk or take a taxi. We arrived very early on the first day, at 6 o'clock in the morning. We couldn't check in yet, but there were free hot drinks. We stored our luggage and went out for a walk. I came back to handle the formalities at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and saw the welcome fruit basket when I entered the room. There were everything from red wine to cheese. The sofa bed was very large when opened. There is also a balcony. The kitchen has everything from bread machines to coffee machines, refrigerators, and various tableware. You can also wash clothes. It's so happy. There is a local supermarket ibl 2 minutes away from the hotel. There is everything. If you don't have time to go to the restaurant, buy all kinds of bread, ham and cheese in the supermarket, and heat them in the microwave when you return to the hotel. It's very rich. The overall feeling is a combination of high-end homestays and hotels. The decoration style is also very tasteful. In short, the price-performance ratio is good and it is worth recommending!"

"The check-in at the hotel was time consuming as we were asked to upload every single guest's passport information on the spot using the QR code provided. This can actually be done beforehand if guests were informed before the check-in day. The city tax payment wasn't smooth as there was a problem with the transaction made on the phone and we needed to repeat the payment at the machine which caused us a double charge. It is refundable after contacting trip.com. Overall the room is clean and equipped with everything you need, just the check-in part needs to be improved."

"Big Apartment, Large Bathroom & Shower Area with nice tiles, Has Ktichen & Dining room with everything, Has washing machine, Plenty of storage, A/C works well in both the living and bedroom, secure location, self check-in, was able to use sofa bed with thick comforter, TV was a little small, nice welcome gifts of crackers and jam. Mostly walkable. 30 minute drive to airport."
