Fabulous apartment in great location - short drive from/to the airport, walking distance from the Expo centre, large local supermarket, bars & restaurants. It’s also an easy walk / run down to the water front which is a fantastic run route with spectacular views. Alvaro met me to show me to my apartment & was very friendly, welcoming & informative about all the amenities in the area. I arrived later than anticipated but Alvaro was very kind & patient waiting for me to be able to check me in & give me the keys. The apartment is spacious, clean & comfortable with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen equipment. It also has all appliances provided, including a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. Initial cleaning products are also provided in the kitchen, including a washing tablet for an initial use of the washing machine, washing up sponges & liquid, a tea towel & wash cloths. I stayed here on a business trip but would happily recommend these apartments for a self-catering leisure trip. Great value & ideal location to enjoy all that the city of Lisbon has to offer.

It was very difficult communicate with the property manager for check-in especially when you are already traveling. Otherwise the property is very conveniently located

The property was great! We loved the big windows that let us look out but well insulated so we didn't have to hear the city sounds. They were great to meet us and show us around. Very walkable to metro and the river.

Great appartement with breathetaking view 22 floor Great Appartement. Everything there you need incl a kitchen and washing machine. Great view in the 22nd floor. Good service and communication. Easy Check-in and Check-out.

It is a nice property although it needs to upgrade some of the furniture and the bathroom, also in the description said that all apartments had washer and dryer which was not the case, it did have a washer but not even with steam “dryer”, so at the end we found a laundry place and went there.

Property was nice! Poor execution on proper check in instructions. Need a better method or actual check in desk. Instructions are sent in Portuguese and number that was required to use to check in was not working.
