Fantastic location which allows you to go anywhere easily. Also the train to Porto is just next door. Hotel is classy and staff are friendly. Entrance is a bit small but doesnt bother much. Highly recommended for location.

My mum and I booked this hotel for a 3 day trip in Lisbon through Trip.com. We came right out of the train station and into the lobby which was great and convenient as opposed to having to carry our bags through the city. We were pleasantly surprised by hotels overall luxury feel and the room had a great view over the river. The staff were polite and friendly and held our bags for us prior to check in and after check out. They even popped them up to our room for us too. Public transport was easy and accessible there is a lot in walking distance too.

Stayed here for a night before starting a cruise. Boy was I surprised by how nice this hotel was. Room was very spacious and beautiful. Amenities included complimentary water and fine soft drinks. Great towels. Location was perfect. Walking distance to cruise pier. Next to train station. 15 minutes to airport by car. Walking distance to may points of interest. Bus stop right out the door. Lots of restaurants near by. Service was excellent. Really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Just perfect for what I was looking for.

Integrated inside the Train Station, but noise isolated very well, at least from the room in the river side. Room is spacious. Whole Hotel is with antique style and elegant.
2km from the heart of the Lisbon. Around we found some restaurants.
Easy taking the car/taxi to the Airport and no need to across the downtown.

Disappointed that I didn’t get a booking confirmation of a wrong date (still don’t know what went wrong). Then was offered a price 50€ higher than web price to pay for the room for a 2nd time.
Location great for train station but ugly walk to old part of town past multiple construction sites.

Service was top notch. Did not try food, but restaurant had very limited menu. Rooms were nice. AC worked amazing (unlike a lot of European hotels). 10/10 would recommend. Location is alright, but there are rent a scooters/bikes, buses, train station, carriages/tuktuks nearby.
