The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff were all superb. The terrace had amazing views and the breakfast delicious and healthy with a good choice of foods. We were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel in the very center of Lisbon. Location is right in the middle of the Bairro Alto. Hotel is walking distance to vista points on the old town, trams and many restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant and bar is highly recommended for breakfast or to have a glass at sunset watching colors changing on the roofs of the old town. Unforgettable.

お部屋は落ちついた雰囲気で良かったです。バスタブ付きのお部屋を希望していて事前に、どのお部屋ならばバスタブ付きなのかを確認していたのに当日は空いていないと言うことでシャワーのみになってしまったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

리스본 주요 관광지를 웬만하면 모두 도보로 이용할 수 있고, 숙소 청결 상태나 컨디션 모두 최고입니다.
다만 루프탑바 조식이 숙소 결정에 큰 이유 중 하나였는데
백인 종업원은 굉장히 무례하고 불친절했습니다.
영어를 잘 하지 못하는데 무시하는 듯한 태도를 보였습니다.
다른 종업원들도 많았지만 모두 그와 같이 행동하지 않았고 친절했습니다.

Warm and welcoming service! The apartment we stayed in was a studio on the back street - very quiet, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good assortment plus you could custom order eggs, pancake and avocado toast The location was ideal for exploring Lisbon. However please note that Ubers cannot drop you off at the main entrance - you will need to roll your bags around the corner. If you taxi or take a private car, they are allowed into the front of the hotel. The staff is excellent but special shout out to Micael and Alexandra who were always helpful with suggestions!

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and an excellent restaurant. We had a 2 week honeymoon in Portugal and splurged by staying in 5 star hotels in 5 different cities, and this hotel far exceeded the others. The location is great and the rooms are great, but the real standout here was the staff. Extremely friendly and attentive, everyone truly made us feel like they cared that we had a great stay. They had class wtihtout being pretentious, and were sincere, friendly and engaging. This was true from the front desk to the restaurant to the spa to the room attendants. Also the food at the restaurant was excellent. Quality of breakfast was at least 2 steps above the breakfasts we had at the other 5 star hotels, and the one dinner we had there was excellent. Everything about this hotel made our spay special. I hope to return soon!
