Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

You need the email for the access code for front door and then check your self in pay the room tax and note the pin for the room that is allocated the room size is ok however the signs of mold on the curtains and wall are evident there is no sound prooofing and the apartment obviously had a sewage problem as the smell tend to enter the bathroom and apartment living area so a stronger air fresher is needed or fix the issue

Nice and clean hotel room. Beautiful bathroom. The toaster didn't work, but the micro and the hot plates, the fridge and the coffee machine worked. Good air-conditioning and a lot of channels on TV. A little noise from the airplanes that flew low over Lisbon. Good that you could close the blinds, so it was dark when you slept.

Fantastic room, service, kitchen and amenities.
Apartment part of flight path so planes will be constant.
Location to city centre decent around 5-10 euro via uber
Supermarket and takeaways walking distance from apartment.
Overall for price and location no complaints

Everything was clean, neat, and tidy. I really loved studio flat with my own toilet and kitchen. I was enjoying my stay. Unfortunately, i had to leave one day early due to an emergency. Hopefully, I will come back and stay again.

It is far away from city centre, but taxis are cheap in Lisbon, so its not a problem. The room is spacious. I had a problem when finding my reservation number for self check in and need to call the cs hotline to seek help. The staff was helpful

Nice serviced apartment with good hygiene. Good for its price. But beware that trip.com or the apartment may not send you an email to inform you how to get in. But I’m lucky to be able to contact the owner and ask for access.
