This was my second stay at this accommodation. All in all, everything was acceptable. The room was smaller than the last and there were problems with the tourist tax at check-in. It was only after days of negotiations with Trip.com employees that they were able to get a change. Unfortunately, the hallway was almost constantly very loud due to other guests shouting and slamming doors. Since the bed was quite close to the door, it was accordingly quite loud. Another problem was the TV that didn't rotate. Otherwise, despite the circumstances, everything was fine and I will book there again if I get the chance. There are numerous shops, cafes, bars and a highly recommended kebab shop. There are enough cooking utensils, a kettle and a coffee machine, as well as tea, salt, sugar, crackers and a bottle of water. All in all, the Lisbon Serviced Apartments is a good place to spend a nice time in Lisbon.

It was a little troublesome to go through the formalities when checking in.

We stayed in a standard studio for 4 nights. The neighborhood does not look good, it is detached from the center and not well connected by public transport. It is a 15 minute walk from two train stations and there are a few bus stops nearby, but there aren't many choices. The room is ok, but the cleanliness left us perplexed: the room is made up every day, but with little attention. In fact, the bed sheets are not properly tightened, a lot of hair is left on the floor, the toilet brush is unusable, the sink surface is not washed, even if the towels are changed if desired. However, the room has everything needed for the kitchen, iron, ironing board and drying rack. The reception is virtual, codes are given to open the main door and room. The rooms are not soundproof, furthermore planes pass by every 5 minutes at all hours of the day causing a loud noise. I repeat that the room is ok, but location and cleanliness are fundamental aspects to consider.
