Room was clean and good location However, they charge me double for the city tax and refuse to refund.

Great location, amazing views from level 4 of the apartment. You have to be okay with walking stairs to stay here.

I stayed at the studio at the ground floor. The place was spacious and very clean. Still smelled of cleaning products when I arrived. My biggest issue was the noise coming both from outside and upstairs. Unfortunately the studio is at street level, so you hear every person walking by. Additionally you can hear people walking on top of you. Given that’s an old house and wooden floors, you can hear the trampling. With earplugs it was less of a problem. But if you are a light sleeper, the ground floor apartment won’t be your friend. Check in wasn’t a problem for me, though you do need to ring them up to tell them to adjust the city tax as the system assumes the maximum number of guests, even if there are less.

Good ,but some people night time noise

This room was so beautiful and clean. Especially I liked attic and high ceiling. One person can stay at attic and plenty room for everyone. I want to go back there again.

Beautiful and cozy apartment, the downside is that it is accessed by stairs without an elevator. With a large number of suitcases, it is difficult to get around and laborious.

Everything was fine, except that they charged me 40 euros instead of 32, for 4 people, which is how we had to pay in addition to the hotel reservation, and the bad thing is that you enter the door and have to check in🤦♀️

I was apprehensive when I saw the street. A little difficult to find the building but look carefully at the numbers of the accommodations. Then I was in difficulty, I contacted the hotel not speaking Portuguese, the person sent me a young man who spoke English and who helped me to register. When I saw the studio, I was very pleasantly surprised, because the studio is very large with everything you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, a combined fridge. Plates, glasses etc. Large bed. Towels for 2. Just a small flaw, there is no elevator with the suitcase a little complicated to go up to the 3rd floor, winding and narrow stairs. I had a good night and the city center is not far. I would come back and I recommend

The apartment is in a great location, very close to major attractions, the room is quite large, and there are kitchen facilities. The sanitary products are also quite good, and the hand sanitizer has a very special smell, which is great!

Excellent hosting! It has everything you need to spend peaceful days. It's in a great location. The only problem was regarding check in. There were no people at reception, they were supposed to receive the access code before arrival, however, this did not happen. Luckily, a cleaning employee was there at the time and we were able to get in to check in at the machine. Despite this, I recommend hosting! An excellent value for money. We liked a lot!
