Great location, amazing views from level 4 of the apartment. You have to be okay with walking stairs to stay here.

I stayed at the studio at the ground floor. The place was spacious and very clean. Still smelled of cleaning products when I arrived. My biggest issue was the noise coming both from outside and upstairs. Unfortunately the studio is at street level, so you hear every person walking by. Additionally you can hear people walking on top of you. Given that’s an old house and wooden floors, you can hear the trampling. With earplugs it was less of a problem. But if you are a light sleeper, the ground floor apartment won’t be your friend.
Check in wasn’t a problem for me, though you do need to ring them up to tell them to adjust the city tax as the system assumes the maximum number of guests, even if there are less.

Positives, close to metros, Martin Moniz and Rossio being 5mins walk. Great central location. Kitchen well equipped. Clean and functional
Negatives, in a neighbourhood with late night noisy revellers, loud music till 3am/4am. Drainage dreadful when using the shower - you'll be standing in a puddle of dirty water.

Beautiful and cozy apartment, the downside is that it is accessed by stairs without an elevator. With a large number of suitcases, it is difficult to get around and laborious.
