Brilliant and professional staff and service as always, 18 floors and Rooms are spacious and maintained very wrll

Good location. 1-minute walk from a Metro station and close to the airport.
Breakfast is a bit expensive with limited choice of food.
Shower head was'nt working very well. Water flow and temperature was unsteady due to a bad design of sucking air into the water stream to save water.

The location of the hotel is average, the metro is very close, it is convenient to get from the airport, but the area itself is not very good 👎🏼 the area looks questionable. If you open the window for ventilation, it becomes noisy at night, some explosions outside the window, which prevented you from sleeping.
The Wi-Fi was slow, the TV in the room is old and you can't share Netflix on it.
There was water in the room, this is a plus.
The soundproofing is poor.
The bed in the basic double room is very small 😐 it is difficult to sleep 👎🏼
The staff was very nice, for this a big plus.
