Very nice hotel. In the very center of Lisbon. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms. The only negative is the carpet. It absorbs all the smells. Otherwise everything is great. And the amazing restaurant downstairs with very affordable prices

Hotel in ottima posizione in centro città, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti dalla stazione della linea metropolitana gialla, comodo come base per tutte le principali attrazioni e mezzi pubblici della città. Servizi puntuali e personale molto cortese e professionale. Buffet colazione vario, ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, e di buona qualità. Unica pecca, perlomeno per noi italiani, l'assenza del bidet nel bagno. Nel complesso, un Hotel che mi sento di consigliare per chiunque voglia godersi un soggiorno di visita di Lisbona.

We recently stayed at the Mera Prime Hotel in Lisbon. The location is perfect for exploring the city can access many attractions either walking or short tram routes. The reception team & the buffet staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was had a positive vibe and made us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary items provided, which made us feel even more at home. The personalised handwritten note left the lasting impression.

I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff was very responsive to our needs. The resteraunt was good for breakfast. Food quality was good (although not great). But, service was great and the price was fair. It was so convienent to eat right in the hotel before going out for touring. The room was a bit cramped but funcitonal for two people (my son and I). They have drinking water in the room for free that you can refill at the front desk. My only complaint is that the twin beds are togther and cannot be moved apart. It was esentially one queen bed, which was a bit strange for my adult son and I. I guess that twin beds are a europe thing. The AC worked okay. But, it is definitely not powerful. If you opened the door or window for more than a few minutes, it took while to catch up. Overall, I thought it was a good value.

Week-end a lisbonne en couple. Hôtel moderne tres propre avec personnel tres sympathique. Emplacement au top pour visiter la ville. Stationnement rapide en warning pour mettre les bagages dans le hall puis direction le parking de ma mairie. En faisant tamponner le ticket par l'hôtel vous aurez -20% sur le parking mais il faudra payer en liquide.... Vous pouvez tout faire a pied depuis l'hôtel. Pink street, la cathédrale, le château du roi etc.... des votre arrivée allée rue augusta et prenez un pastel de nata.... un peux de bruit dans la chambre car la circulation est comme dans une grande ville avec des claxons.... Le petit déjeuner est tres bien avec un buffet avec plein de choses et de bons gâteaux. Il y a même une machine a gaire les pancakes. Bref tres bel hotel. Je recommande

Absolutely fantastic place with great service and the cleanliness was amazing . Good quality food and care from staff amazing . Best place in Lisbon to stay would recommend everyone stay at this place . Also the staff will go out of the way and management is willing to help every step of the way . Well done guys Thankyou . Nous avons passé un super moment dans le très bon restaurant Allow au sein de l’hôtel. La formule du jour était excellente et bien servi . Nous nous sommes régalées ! Le personnel est au petit soin. Les toilettes sont très propres et le mobilier du restaurant très confortable et chic. On reviendra , et cette fois ci même à l’hôtel ! À bientôt

Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie. Het personeel is super behulpzaam!! We hadden 7 kamers geboekt en konden makkelijk inchecken. Ook mochten we al veel eerder op onze kamers, heel fijn. Wat voor mij echt een must is, DE BEDDEN WAREN ECHT GEWELDIG!!! Het hotel had een prima ontbijt, maar in de straat of om de hoek waren ook genoeg ontbijt zaakjes te vinden. Om de hoek stonden ook tuk tuks om tours door de stad mee te maken. De bekende tram 28 stopte naast het hotel. Hou je van winkelen, ook dat was heel dichtbij. We hebben een super tijd gehad in Lissabon, mede door de ligging en behulpzaamheid van dit uitstekende hotel. Een aanrader!!
