Weekend trip
We had a wonderful stay!
We booked a room with a private shower and toilet – it was spacious, clean, and fresh!
Check-in was smooth, and our hostess, who ran the hotel, was incredibly friendly. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of a grocery store, amazing Pastel de Nata, bars in Bairro Alto, luxury shopping on Avenida, and other sights.
If I go back, I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisbon Calling. We had Room 1979, decorated accordingly. Our room also included an en suite bath, which was private and very nice. The facilities are very comfortable, including a nicely-equipped small kitchen with refrigerator space for each room. The location is also excellent, just a very short distance from Time Out Market and only slightly farther to Cais do Sodré train and ferry station. We are very happy to have found Lisbon Calling!

Quality of accommodations in Lisbon varies hugely, and many low price options are not very nice. This is a good price conscious option that still has everything you need. It's decorated very nicely and the room I got was spacious. I left my Kindle there and the wonderful cleaning person Neusa found it, and she and Maria João helped coordinate me coming to pick it up the next day. Thank you to both of you- I'll keep this on my list of affordable places to stay in Lisbon!

There is a reception hall on the floor beneath and their staff hangout in the kitchen with the windows open so it's very noisy and bothering.

Este apartamento turístico tiene una excelente ubicación para visitar Lisboa, aunque a veces se ve a gente con pintas un poco raras por el barrio. La recepcionista súper amable y nos envió unos consejos turísticos sobre la ciudad. No es especialmente silencioso porque los suelos y las puertas son de madera y hacen un ruido terrible, pero para dormir está bien.
