I stayed seven nights and, upon request, they moved me the second night from a tiny room to a family room, which was more spacious for a couple, given the length of our stay. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The amenities weren't up to par for the price. The bathroom was small, minimal, and windowless, with a fan controlled by a central fan, so it couldn't be ventilated as needed. Speaking of the bathroom, there was no shelf or other surface, cabinet, or drawer to store toiletries. The room cleaning service was barely adequate: one day they forgot to bring a face towel, leaving only a shower towel. Another day, there was no toilet paper, and yet another day they completely forgot to tidy the room, which I found that evening exactly as I'd left it in the morning. The glasses in the room were never washed or replaced in seven days, and I personally took care of washing them every day. I had breakfast included, and only once did I ask to take away a savory dish and a croissant at 7:00 a.m., half an hour before breakfast began. The food was almost entirely displayed in the dining room, and some items from the buffet, which were in the back and not yet available in the dining room, were missing. They wouldn't let me take anything with me, and since I couldn't wait, I left with just one kiwi from the fruit basket. When I complained the next day, they responded with a simple apology.

Nice, cozy little hotel at a reasonable price. Good breakfasts. Close to the center.
