Absolutely a great place to stay in Lisbon! We came late in the evening but still got warm welcome and guidance of self check in by manager. Delicious and fresh breakfast in the morning, directly delivered to the room, which is really really nice! Everything is perfect. Location, bedroom, balcony and everything! Hope to return again!

Perfect location in the hart of Lisbon. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and neat rooms in a nice neighborhood. Excellent price/quality.

Very central location although need to walk up and down the hill (sometimes it does not make sense to take a uber or bolt as many of the places to visit are merely 10 to 15 minutes walk away). Seniors must be very careful walking on the cobble stone streets particularly when raining Room size is adequate for 3 persons. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast is plenty (we asked the front desk to reduce quantity of breads and yogurt) Staffs very friendly and helpful. Both Tomas and Miguel provided a number of restaurants to be tried out.

I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

situated in one of the best neighborhoods of lisbon,in front of a beautiful square.the rooms clean and well decorated.Very good breakfast ,very kind people working.we stayed in the 1st floor but it was quiet and full of light.i would go back
