This hotel is a MUST-STAY accomodation if someone is traveling to Zhaoxing Dong Village or Tang'an Dong Village. The views outside of the hotel room are drop-dead gorgeous, both during the day and night. But the most pleasant aspect of staying here are the exceptionally kind and thoughtful hotel owners. Vivian speaks excellent English, and is very knowledgeable and patient. My room was clean and quiet. Vivian helped me purchase a ticket to a local campfire/theater show at a big discount too. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Great location with a very nice view but…
they don’t serve breakfast. The bathroom gets all wet after a shower because there’s no separate shower section. The towels are small one time usables. Single pane windows don’t isolate noise well.
The service is good and the owner speaks English well.

We had a great stay for the nights in this homestay. The location is excellent, right at the village entrance, which means that it's close to everything but very quiet. The owners were very nice, gave us a free upgrade and provided free transportation from the high speed railway station and back, which was very convenient. Normal taxis cannot get into the village, but local cars can.

The hotel was a simple hotel and exactly what we wanted. It's right at the village entrance and 5 min walking from the main street. However, the best part were the room views!
The staff also picked us up at the train station, which was really nice.

Very close to the stage where the performance is held in the morning and museum. Amenities are average but good enough for 1 night stop over. Sound proof need improvement as there're guests from neighbouring hotel talking loudly outdoor till mid night that interrupted our rest. We booked 3 different types of room and there's crockcoach in one of the room.

Good location at the edge of town but only 10 minutes walk to the centre. Nearby to the area where there are several musical and dancing performances every day. The view of the bridge from the room was amazing! The staff were very helpful and collected us from the train station and dropped us back. We don't speak Chinese so we communicated through WeChat. They also helped us with how to get the public bus to tang'an terraces. Due to the nature of the old wooden buildings, the room can be a bit noisy but with earplugs you will be fine, it adds to the charm!
