Room was smaller than expected but still acceptable. Thus we booked another room on the ground floor on the spot for our mother's convenience and that room was better. Breakfast variety was limited but acceptable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and we even got a free ride out of the attraction to meet our driver outside.

本來定了其他的民宿進去看了眼房間實在接受不了環境，臨時改到了這家，環境非常好，星級體驗和設施，早餐也很好吃。寨子整體基礎設施和衞生環境都很一般，這件事比較難得的裝修新且環境好的，可以直接沖！

設施：星級酒店標準，小度智能控制。庭院房雖然是一樓，但是面湖，風景應該比樓上還要好
衞生：內外都很乾凈
環境：去侗寨就要住在這裏，方便，安靜，風景優美，如果住在裏面，不知道要吵成什麼樣！
服務：非常nice！每天還有水果，早餐品種不多，但是也足夠了，第一天出去外面吃的早餐，第二天在店裡，對比一下感覺店裡的米粉更好吃！高鐵接送服務非常方便！

酒店環境非常不錯，位於侗寨風景區的核心，旁邊有一個很大的人工湖，早上起床拉開窗簾看到有山有水有木屋真是太棒了，再加上下點雨簡直堪稱完美！另外酒店的服務也是槓槓的，前台幾位小姐姐很有親和力，房間衞生搞得很乾凈，晚上睡覺特別安靜，鬧中取靜沒錯了！早餐非常豐富，有粥粉麪包子等，小孩愛吃

超滿分的一次住宿，店裡的小姐姐們非常貼心安排，剛好遇到本地節日穀雨節，很細緻講解了景區的活動，位置很好，在陽台就看到侗寨的景觀和水波粼粼，並且不在鬧區也比較好休息。瘋狂打call穀雨節，真的太好玩了，下一年一定還來！！

酒店有免費的高鐵來回接送和早餐、自帶泡澡浴缸，邊泡澡還可以邊看風景，真的不要太舒服，更讓人驚喜的是還有下午茶和晚安甜品，我和我老公本來定了這裏一樓的澄瀾大床房，由於太早到了客人還沒退房，前台小姐姐就幫我們免費升級到了三樓的沅芷雙人房，風景絕美，酒店直接走路去侗寨主街很近很方便，地理位置很好，晚上休息這家酒店也安靜，床品舒服，我睡得很香，全屋智能家居，直接語音控制，很適合年輕情侶或夫妻、朋友度假居住，強烈推薦！

酒店在大門旁邊，門口對住湖，位置很好很安靜。
房間有歡迎水果，mini吧免費軟飲，有咖啡，但是我們不喝咖啡，建議可以放一兩個茶包😊有晚安糖水，餅乾好好吃，不知道是什麼糖水，挺好吃的，但是個人感覺偏甜
有早餐，早餐有烤吐司，湯粉，蒸點。
店家熱情好客。房間都是智能家居，住得很舒服。很滿意的一次入住體驗
