滿意！帶父母出行，這家酒店太適合家庭遊了！位置便利，去各個景點都不遠，酒店還有準備的歡友地圖。房間空間寬敞，床墊軟硬適中，長輩睡起來很舒服，還特意準備了防滑墊和應急呼叫器，細節超貼心。衞生乾淨整潔，每天都有保潔阿姨及時打掃更換用品。早餐有粥品、麪條等清淡餐食，特別符合長輩口味，食材新鮮分量足。工作人員耐心周到，有問必答，父母特別滿意！

酒店前台和服務人員都很好，入住前會有客服提前聯繫溝通到達時間，詢問入住人數是否開車。
服務的差評來自於早餐，早餐時間到10點結束，我們9點到餐廳，已經有很多餐品沒有了，詢問後工作人員表示也不會補了，當地特色糝湯沒有嚐到。果汁裏打出來的竟然是水。咖啡機清理不夠及時，以至咖啡機不能正常工作。很多需要人工製作的餐品等了一個小時也無人制作擺放。最基本的炒米飯和水果都不給補充。
房間衞生還好，床品是一客一換，但小桌子有土，需要濕巾擦很多遍。
