桔子酒店還有這麼差的體驗確實讓我憤怒了！我買的是最貴的精選大床房，提前就付好了房費，留言安靜無煙高樓層房間，下午五點半到了被服務員告知沒有你選的房間高樓層了，衹能安排在12樓，我説我留言了為什麼不提前告訴我，服務員説我們也不是衹對你一個有特殊需求的客人，房間衹能先到先得！態度強硬！説目前僅有的十二樓還得經理驗收，你如果不在意沒驗收現在就可以入住！這時跟我一起辦理入住的其他幾個小夥伴都順利拿到了他們預訂的普通房間，均在十七樓，進了房間發現普通房間跟什麼所謂的精選根本沒啥差別，衹是我多花了錢還沒有享受到應有的待遇和服務！房間裏毛巾上有頭髮，浴室地上的水都沒擦乾，隔音極差，樓上人在房間裏走路感覺隨時踏破樓板，隔壁房間看電視彷彿就在我的房間，半夜外面走廊都不安靜，好不容易對付下來這一宿，四百大幾的價格在臨沂來説可不算便宜，但是比縣城的小招待所都不如的體驗！從今以後永遠不選桔子！

酒店位置不錯，周圍外賣挺多，離萬達也在步行範圍內，可旁邊就是建築工地，總能聽到叮叮噹噹鋼筋聲音和大貨車聲音，窗外也全是建築工地，毫無景色可言，其他都不錯，房間乾淨，面積也大，工作人員態度也挺好
