"Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated. All round great hotel."

"So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know."

"This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay. The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”). But it was ok. There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The most thoughtful thing was that there was a Bull adapter in the room. This was very thoughtful for people who forgot to bring the adapter when they were in a hurry on a business trip. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. Since we were going out first, even though we checked out, the front desk staff was still very kind to let us put our luggage in the storage room."

"outside the hotel was a bus stop that you can take to Chatswood and across the road was the bus stop to get the Metro to Central but if he missed the bus it’s only a nine minute walk from the station which is a really good the hotel staff was really nice and it had a restaurant at the bottom"

Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four.
