選擇她家的原因是因為離201路公交車終點站比較近。一樓標間廁所的燈是壞的，早上7點過後，窗户外面持續敲東西，後來發現是麪店後廚在砍肉。

這次訂的房間是有史以來最差的，價格又不便宜，240元標準雙床，房間衞生設施都很陳舊，破破爛爛的，衞生間淋浴房沒門不能關，沒有漏水斗，洗完一個澡整個衞生間成水池了，淋浴用品也很差，睡的一張床翻個身吱嘎吱嘎的響着，棉被很小很舊，到台州旅遊千萬不要訂這家的房間，真的太差了，可惜走時忘了拍照，切記不要訂這家。

房間不大，還算乾淨，主要是洗澡沒有冷水，全是熱水，燙的沒法洗，冷水龍頭壞了，也不修，老闆人還是蠻熱心的

十幾年前的裝修，櫃子裏都是黴味，衞生間非常臭，賓館衞生有待提高，帶孩子的不建議入住，但是老闆娘人很熱情，服務這方面我是打滿分的。周邊節假日停車非常困難，路邊都是亂收費的私人停車

臨時決定來台州和家人一起旅遊的，臨海這邊賓館非常緊俏，基本上都滿房了，最後定了這家離紫陽街很近的家庭旅館，價格非常便宜，從性價比上來説還是不錯的。工作人員打掃衞生認真，整體還是比較乾淨的，每個房間還有個小陽台，這個價格真的很實惠了

城內老房子，不能要求太高。離古長城朝陽門步行十分鐘，周邊小吃店很多，主要為爬長城小住。老闆娘很熱情的。

設施較老，衞生間的很多東西老化嚴重，地面角落打掃不太乾淨，沒有停車位。其它老闆娘服務較好，且性價比較高。

該賓館在古城內的台州醫院門口，府前街位置較好。公交201的首末站就在醫院內，出發到臨海花北站，來往臨海和台州交通方便。門口飲食一條街吃飯也方便。但衞生、服務都還有較大提升空間，空調機、排氣扇積滿厚灰塵，好像從來沒清理過，從事服務行業形象很重要，值班大娘講方言聽不懂。國慶假期價格提高性價比一般，窮遊推薦。
