十一出遊，到的時候很晚，就洗洗衣服，也沒有看床上。吃完飯回來，洗澡休息，才發現床上好幾攤黃色污漬，像是沒有打掃過的樣子，考慮已經很晚，且已經把屋子弄亂了，沒有給客服反應。
如果大家要去要先檢查好床具！！！

前台態度特別差 前天交的按金 今天回去晚了續住完 按金就不能退了 還説 前天交的按金 昨天退房就能退按金 今天退房就不能退按金 沒有哪個酒店這樣的道理 而且酒店沒有服務員問你要不要打掃衞生 也不會問你要不要續房 前台的原話是 要續房是你要來跟我説 不是我去跟你説 這種態度真的很讓人生氣！！！！！！不建議友友們去影響心情

太垃圾了，來的時候問有沒有停車位，説路邊隨便找個位置停，來了之後，洗漱用品還要自己拿上來，房間裏面也沒有水啊啥的，關鍵是浴巾毛巾啥也沒有，去跟前台要，他説等會送來，結果大半天沒送來，去要了三次，問他每次都説等會送，到底什麼時候送，他才打電話給阿姨送，説剛剛忘記了，你就這種態度？來到樓上正好遇到拿浴巾的阿姨，叫他在拿一條毛巾給我，他説老闆規定大床房衹給一條毛巾，我説客人需要也不給嗎？真的太無語了，從來沒有住過這種垃圾酒店，早點倒閉吧

要不是平台規定，直接一分都不想給，簡直無語得很，房間沒窗户就不説了，天哪，房間一大股味道，像是死耗子腐爛的那種，根本住不了人，還不可以更換房間，錢退不了後來果斷換酒店！建議大家愛乾淨的朋友們一定要避坑
