酒店圍觀操作，預訂頁面沒有寫要按金，結果一到那，前台阿姨就讓我交300按金，我確認預訂的時候沒説要收按金，但是阿姨一直跟我反覆強調，我們都要收的，不管哪裡定就是要收的，而且態度惡劣。於是不跟她**，直接打攜程投訴，客服再次確認酒店違規。前台阿姨專業不好態度還差！不能忍！

酒店入口在巷子裏面，晚上不大好找，而且地下停車場有點恐怖，設施老舊。酒店環境相對還算可以，衞生也還好。
