We stayed for a night. Had very noisy neighbors who were listening really loud music. Had to call reception twice until they managed to solve the issue. Kinda ruined our experience. Overall a nice hotel, but a bit of renovation needed.

Great location,friendly staff and excellent food. Rooms were very comfortable. Ideal for business or a family trip with lively atmosphere in the dining area and bar. City centre is 3 minute walk....plenty to do in Limerick What more can you ask for!!!

Positives: Good sized room and king sized bed. Negatives: drain in room sink was full of something brown and disgusting. One shower door off it's track. Some kind of disco went on way past midnight. Very loud hard to sleep. Others in our group had already called management and nothing was done so we didn't bother. Bar: went in at 4:30 pm for an Irish coffee. Took 15 minutes to come and we were on a time constraint. Others in our group had plain coffee so it wasn't because it needed brewing. It was delicious when it came That night because of the disco noise in the room we went to the bar for a drink, also very slow service

A fine hotel, centrally located in the city. I had a lovely spacious room, well provided with tea/coffee, water, etc. But best of all was my experience at the reception desk. I was greeted by a lovely, cheerful lady by the name of Siobhán. She delt with me in a very professional, happy manner. However, what blew me away the next morning on checking out she was able to tell me that I stayed in room 301. Talk about awareness!! Mind-blowing!! Well done Siobhán

Stayed here for a weekend recently while attending an event elsewhere in the city. My stay got off to a bit of a bad start due to an issue with my reservation. I will point out this was escalated to a manager and resolved to my satisfaction within a very short period, however it should not have happened in the first place. Hotel itself was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. I stayed on the executive room so my room was very spacious, there were plenty of towels provided and I had a separate shower which was nice. Some reviews mention that on the upper floors they were bothered by noise from weddings on the top floor, I dud not find this a problem .was good too a.though capacity of the dining room was a bit limited at busy times. I also used the pool which again was nice although at times quite crowded with children. Some negatives: the price of food and drinks was outrageous, it was 23 euro for a burger and chips in the bar and soft drinks ranged from 4 to 5 euro. I got a similar meal for €5 less in a place in the centre. The hospitality industry are crying out how hard things are but they will not survive charging these prices Would I return? I would love to, but at a room rate of €300 per night along with the price of food and drink I’m not sure I could justify it.

This hotel is in a great location to walk the city and sites! Siobhain greeted us upon our arrival and she was very helpful and friendly! Gave us super information on where we might find some good pubs and food. Hotel amenities were very good and the views were wonderful!

The rooms were amazing, comfy beds, the breakfast was delicious and the leisure centre was a plus, our experience was fantastic not only because of the comfort the hotel provides but also the costumer service was excelente. We had the pleasure to deal with Antonio who had always a genuine smile and lovely attitude whenever we need or ask something. He's a gem like my irish family would say. I can't thank enough for looking after me and my family. Thankyou so much Antonio for the amazing job.

The facilities and the breakfast were good. We especially liked the hospitality of the reception (the name of the employee is Wilson). He was always there for us to help us with or questions or requests. We have plans to visit Limerick strand hotel again.
