We felt this establishment was poor value for money from the size of room and amenities' point of view compared to other hotels in tourist locations in other cities. The room was nearly entirely taken up by the bed. The lift only went to the first floor, a potential challenge for guests who are elderly or infirm. No guest parking, no spa facilities which we had in other hotels for the same cost. On the plus side, staff were efficient and courteous. We will not be back.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of town and the staff were very friendly.

What a fun place! Hotels in Limerick seem to book fast; this townhouse was the only remaining property with room enough to accommodate my family of four on our summer holiday. Thankfully, it fit the bill for a one-night stay. I liked the design of our guest room. Four twin beds afforded each of us plenty of space to stretch out for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. I had no complaints. Finally, I found the breakfast offerings to be excellent. I enjoyed eggs Benedict while others in my family tried a traditional Irish breakfast. The townhouse is situated directly over a restaurant that often features live music at night. Despite the warnings I read online, no excessive noise from the street below interrupted my sleep. (Though the sea gulls outside my window proved to be quite loud the next morning.) The only difficulty I encountered was the parking situation surrounding the hotel. The only option for overnight parking nearby was an extremely narrow garage. It isn’t ideal for those driving larger vehicles. (Maybe next time I’ll take a bus!) Regardless, I would happily stay here if I ever found myself in the vibrant city of Limerick again.

4 of us stayed here in a quadruple room for 1 night. Parking is immediately across the road in a car park - €13 for 24 hours. It's a busy pub downstairs, and quite loud until maybe 2am. Please note that there is no lift. The room ( 209 ) on the second floor is big and spacious, with a double bed and 3 single beds. Also free bottled water and a coffee machine. It was one of the hottest days of the year while we were there and the room was very hot and stuffy. We asked at reception for 2 fans and were kindly supplied with them which was great. The bathroom is very small and very hot, it could really do with some kind of cooling system. It's also not very suitable for a group of people who all need to use the same bathroom. The biggest thing we all agreed on was that the doors maybe should be changed somehow to avoid them banging closed. We were very unfortunate to have had neighbours who must have left and re-entered their room 10 times during the night and early morning , each time the door banged very loudly. Breakfast in our case was included and it was very good. Small selection of pastries, and cereal. The cooked breakfast seems to have been cooked from scratch with each order as we waited for a little while. It was definitely worth the wait. Very tasty. I personally would return if I needed to be in Limerick city for anything again.

Checked in with the front desk as a family and were assigned room 107. Expected noise from live music, and the pub however the room literally overlooked the stage with amplified rock music until the wee hours. There was no way to buffer the sounds and experience of being in the bar. The warning that there may be live music and city noises was a CRIMINAL UNDERSTATEMENT. For €250+ we were absolutely scammed. These rooms are only fit for hen/stag type parties, not tourists or people looking for any rest.

Breakfast was great, location was great and central, unfortunately the lift was out of order and pay for downtown parking.

This hotel was immaculate. Snug little rooms that are perfectly maintained. The In felt brand new, new carpet, new bedding and freshly updated bathrooms and common areas. Pros- pub and restaurant right downstairs. Cons- parking was tight and there’s not much to do in Limerick with the exception of a poorly attended museum and castle. If you must stay in Limerick, this is the only place i’d recommend. Beautiful- safe- and exceptionally maintained.

We had four adults in one room, and it was surprisingly spacious—everyone had enough room, and it never felt stuffy. We also loved that there were closets for everyone, which made it easy to stay organized. One thing to note: the property is located above several bars, so it can get quite loud, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend bringing an eye mask and earplugs.

I stayed here Tuesday through Thursday in March and it was very quiet. They allowed me an early check in, also an early breakfast (cereal and coffee) It is very close to Arthur’s Quay ( excursion meeting point) St Mary’s church and the castle. The staff were pleasant.
